A podcast about the history of modern Ethiopian music and the history of the “Arba Lijoch,” or 40 children (orphans), the orchestra directed by Kevork Nalbandian. The children escaped from the Armenian Genocide to became the emperor Haile Selassie I’s official orchestra.
